  2. Cancellation by Owner:
    In case of cancellation by the owner, you will be fully refunded or may choose another available apartment.

7. Responsibilities

  1. Domus Aurea acts as an intermediary between the user and the owner. We are not responsible for:
    • The quality, safety or legality of the apartments offered.
    • Any dispute between the user and the owner.
  2. Limitation of Liability:
    Domus Aurea will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site or failure to make a reservation.

8. Obligations of the User

The user agrees to:

  • Use the site in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Do not use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
  • Comply with the rules of the booked property.
